Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland – FREE delivery on orders for £100.00 or more; a £5.95 delivery charge will apply to smaller orders.

International shipping costs vary. For all international orders, shipping is charged at cost, based on order value and estimated size/weight of package. The shipping charge will be added to your order at checkout when the destination country is added. The international shipping charge does NOT cover any import duty or taxes that may be due. If any import duty or taxes are owed, it is the responsibility of the ‘receiver’ (i.e. the customer), to pay them, not the ‘sender’ (i.e. Lincoln House Ltd.). The receiver will be contacted by the relevant organisation in their own country regarding payment.

Delivery Times

An approximate timescale for despatch is given for each product. We will endeavour to inform customers of any deviation from stated times. Please note delivery timescales may vary for unforeseen reasons (e.g. national/international carriage times).

Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects.

If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out a refund will be issued right away.

Why buy from Lincoln House?
Great cutlery is not only aesthetically pleasing, balanced in the hand and functionally efficient. It will literally enhance your enjoyment of food.

We’re here to help you find the perfect cutlery for you and your home.

As specialists, we have cutlery to match most budgets and tastes – our range encompasses outstanding contemporary cutlery styles, ornate and flamboyant designs and all the most famous traditional English patterns.

Our 2nd generation family-run business has been making and selling fine table cutlery since 1967. In addition to our own Sheffield cutlery, we partner other leading brands to ensure that we offer the most comprehensive range of sterling silver, silver plated and stainless steel cutlery available in the UK today

By bringing you cutlery direct from the manufacturer to your table top, we offer much better prices than you will find in the shops.

We undertstand that dining habits are changing – and there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to a cutlery set. That’s why every cutlery range we offer is available as individual pieces – allowing you to choose the right quantity for your needs.

Within most of the cutlery ranges we sell the cutlery sets are progressively discounted; versus the price of the equivalent number of individual pieces. That means the more you buy, the more you save!

And all this is backed by professional and personal service – we are here to be as helpful and informative as you need us to be. Just pick up the phone or email us.

We supply cutlery for your home, for restaurants and hotels, as well as prestigious sporting venues and clubs. We supply cutlery throughout the UK and worldwide.

UK prices displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20%.

We also accept payment in Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars. Our site automatically detects if you are in one of these countries and converts prices with zero VAT.

If you are outside of these countries/regions all prices will be displayed in GBP (£).

If you have any questions, or would prefer to order by phone – please call us on 01458 258 458 or contact us here.

We aim at all times to give all our clients a professional and personal service, so when you call you will be talking to someone who is knowledgeable and helpful – not a call centre!
